Pope Ok's Condom Use

The Vatican has issued a statement saying the use of a condom is a lesser evil than infecting a sexual partner with HIV. This seems to all be part of a softening of stance by Pope Benedict XVI. If that was me, I would hope this signals a more realistic and understanding church. Forgiveness is great until it is too late to save a life.
