Two Year Old Killed By Grandmother At Mall

A two year old was killed when thrown from a parking garage walkway by her grandmother. The child and family were leaving a Virginia mall at about 7PM on Monday when 50 year old Carmela Dela Rosa committed this horrific act. If that was me, I would hang this woman upside down where she did this for hours, before I finally dropped her. Even that is too good for her.
