Man Sues McDonalds For Weight Gain And Wins

A Brazilian court has awarded a former McDonalds franchise manager $17,500 in damages because he gained 65 pounds over the 12 years he worked there. He claimed the food sampling he did every day and the free lunches contributed to his weight gain. If that was me, and I was McDonalds, I would charge that guy with theft. Sixty five pounds sounds like a lot more than samples and free lunches to me.
